Here is the debut of my new Martian mountains, also as found in Orangistan. + a special WIP image at the bottom. We played a couple 1k point FWC games, in the first which these pics are from Dave rolled me up after my attack stalled out due to failed command rolls. The last stand, In the second game I steam rolled Dave, making a ridiculous # of command rolls Here's a WIP shot, I had chopped up the MDF to use for mountains, and was covering it -w- a blanket, this is much better. FIRST they were painted with a mixture of Gesso and clear acrylic, and covered -w- sand Next they were coated with a wash of clear acrylic, craft paints and ink. and the sand touched up, They don't seem like they are going to "flake" much. gotta love that clear acrylic. memorial day weekend AK47 campaign continues

The Islamic Republic of Mwowm -VS- the "Benevolent" Dictatorship of GPT I'll update it once I get the "Benevolent" Dictator's name from GPT. Any who we played games 3 and 4 in our "campaign" and still are all tied up 2 and 2. Neither of us seems to be able to win whilst attacking. I had a prime chance, but missed it, GPT did not point it out until it was too late. WTF is up w that? ... here's my first scratch build 2.5 hours into it. -minus some drying time. inspired by this blog http://dampfpanzerwagon.blogspot.com/ and making drawings from Tony's drawings of The Japanese Patrol Aeronef Moni.
it's an inch ad a half long more or less. werking off my guesstimate as to how big the minis are.

So i'm looking to get into that Aeronef game. here's my first scratch build 1.5 hours into it. Don't know if it's the right size or not, just guessing from pics. 1/1200 scale now thats tiny. more as it develops.

GZG Mechanized Infantry Platoon Pack

V15-PB5 Mechanized Infantry platoon box - 4 x Chariot APCs with various weapon options, plus 4 squads of 15mm SG infantry
as always click the images for a larger view. Here is a project that had stalled out while i tried to come up -w- a cupola MG which never transpired. Finally i gave up on that pipe dream and finished the Chariots off.
My pack consisted of
2 packs SG15-IF1 - Islamic Federation Infantry (helmets)
1 pack SG15-IF2 -Islamic Federation infantry (in keffiyeh)
1 pack SG15-E3 -ESU POWER ARMOUR
2 vanilla Chariot Light APC
and
2 Chariot Light APC with missile or gun turret
