Well the MF'n can of clear coat i got was gloss even though the cap was MATTE! So instead of being almost complete they need some touch up. In addition to being gloss it went on like SH!T as well.

TWELvE

Ok, progress! complete company of Panzer Grenadiers based including all COs, also CO and spotter for mortars. Next step will be to complete the bases and on to the tanks hurrah. No sun today so not so good pics.

Here is the current progess. Everytime i think i've painted enough troops i find that it is short a couple figures.

Panzer Grenadier's attack

Here are some pics of Sundays battle, a German assault in the Belgorod sector. This was the first outing of the 251's. Hopefully i will be able to field my own infantry next battle. The bottom center of the 1st photo of the table is B6 on map 4.

251 fleet ready for Sundays battle. 12x 251/1's 3x 251/10's 2x 251/2's A full Armored Panzer Grenadier Company and an Armored Mortar Section -w- HQ.

NiNE

251/1o's and 251/2's almost ready for dry brush, markings and sealing. 1st based infantry. Did not paint enough LMG teams to base more than this. Also waiting on order containing SMG teams and pioneers for panzerknacker for HQs. so next up will be 9x LMG teams, 251 crews and a few more riflemen and whatever else ...

1st coat on the 251's actually the 2nd on most and 3rd on some. Decided they were too dark, so i lightened my slurry. Troops all colors, washed, need touch up.

SEvEN

Primed all my 251/1's still werking on deflashing the 251/2's and 251/10's as you can see if you look closely i missed some. One good thing about using el cheapo primer is it masks some of that, hopefully using crapft paint instead of designer paint will help mask it some more. ALSO put 2 more colors to my infantry. 2 more, a wash, touch up and they are done. EXCEPT basing.
